Hello friends!
It's been some days since I last posted! I've been just too busy lately!
But here I am today to share with you a delicious 'cheezy twist' which I baked for the first time today and we all enjoyed it for tea time!
It took a little time to make it...but very much worth it!
After lunch, I kneaded the dough with consist of flour, salt, milk, egg, yeast and let to sit for about 1 and a half hour!
Then I rolled the dough as you can see below and spread cheddar cheese and coriander everywhere on top! You can use other cheese like Parmesan, Emmenthal etc...and other herbs like basil, oregano etc...
Then I took another piece of rolled dough and place it on top of the first dough...seal with beaten eggs all around!
And cut it in rectangular shapes...
Then I rolled each rectangular dough on itself to give the twist form...
One more hour of rest...
Once I was done with the shaping...I let it to rest for an hour again!
Bake at 175 Degrees Celcius for about 30 minutes!
Et voila friends...my Herbs and Cheese Twists!!!
We have to enjoy them hot from the oven...
As mentioned above, you can play around and add other products inside...other cheeses and herbs!
Do try it and let me know!
By the way, if anyone wishes to have the dough recipe, kindly let me know in the comments section below, it will be a pleasure for me to share it with you!
Thanks so much for reading and enjoying my blog!
