HOLACRACY

Is Holacracy a significantly improved framework for Democracy?

Does Holacracy make military style (corporate) Authoritarian (cult-of-personality) systems OBSOLETE?

Can we finally break free from our HERO-LEADER brainwashing?

Perhaps anarchy already exists and "THE COMMUNITY" is merely the highest manifestation of organized crime. – special thanks to @thoughts-in-time

Yes, that debunked video is hilarious.

Yes, feudal-hierarchy-hero-worship is dangerous and fundamentally flawed (self-protecting), that's why Chernobyl is such an important illustration.

Try to imagine a television show kinda like StarTrek, but with Holocracy instead of a feudal-hierarchy.

Can you see a way to transform the way decisions are made on the Steem Block Chain using Holocracy principals.
From what I has seen the rules have been changed to further enrich the largest stake holders and penalize everyone else.
If the aim is attract more users maybe the rules should be reset to make it more attractive for the every day user?

Is there is a difference between someone debunking something and proving it to be false?

Yes. If proposals for improvements were data-driven and free of logical fallacies, and objections to these proposals were data-driven and free of logical fallacies, just like the Holacracy Constitution Framework stipulates, I would consider that vastly superior to traditional Democracy and or a Stake-Based-Systems where rich idiots can do what they please without even bothering to pretend to explain themselves ("unreasonable" by definition).

So how do we implement that here?

A while ago when I suggested we use the code to regulate behavior on the platform rather than flags, your response was something like ''if the code regulates I dont matter.''
The way I look at it is, if we reach a consensus that malicious flagging is not ok, then those specific accounts have their ability to flag removed.
If we look bloom it is impossible to curb that activity with flags he does not comment or post with that account.
Repeat Identity theft and plagiarism could be handled in a similar way.

where are flaws in that?

The idea with pure code regulation is that no matter how "unfair" the code is, everyone has to play by the same rules.

To mitigate "spoilers" like bloom, I'd like to see opt-in, voluntary black-lists that can be toggled on or off, depending on each account's personal preferences.

I'm afraid steem and hive are already "too far gone" for this to happen. There might be a slight chance that someone like @leprechaun might be able to slap something together that allows us to interact with accounts like @joe.public, but we might have to wait until a truly decentralized alternative like holochain evolves into a blogging platform with similar usability.

Is there is a difference between someone debunking something and proving it to be false?

While most claims cannot be strictly "proven false", sufficient doubt can be cast by "debunking" key elements of the claim.

For example, in the video clip of "the religious vaccine" the brain-scan illustrations are a direct match (stolen) from a completely unrelated source.

Not to mention that "religious thinking" is actually "feudal-hierarchy-thinking" and if we created a vaccine for it, that vaccine would dismantle all authoritarian structures regardless of whether they were "religious" or not.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find the critical logical errors and conflicts within the Holacracy Constitution,
