Hello Friends 😘,
I hope so that are you well and good enjoying your life.My name is Ali Nawaz. My second achievement verifyed by @Ngoenyi and very thankful for you.Now I write the achievement task3 about plagiarism. I write this post I increase the knowledge about plagiarism.

What is plagiarism?

Plagiarism is when you claim ownership of another person work and think as your own.
Plagiarism is a criminal offence that must be avoided at all costs. Plagiarism also implies that the plagiarist is a fraud and not an original, and as a result, it tarnishes the reputation of the plagiarist.

Types of Plagiarism

They are different types of plagiarism Types of plagiarism(1)Verbatim plagiarism(2)Paraphrasing plagiarism(3)Mosaic plagiarism(4)Self-plagiarism
When we discuss Short word in type of plagiarism

(1)MOSAIC PLAGIARISM

Plagiarism in this type is the most widespread and unintentional. This is simply when someone takes/borrows someone else's content (quote ect) and does not use the quotation marks symbol ("") to enclose the sentence.

(2) SELF PLAGIARISM

Self plagiarism is when you use an old/prior work of yours for any type of new achievement or for new purposes without first obtaining permission from the receiver of the earlier work you did.

(3)Direct Plagiarism

Is the act of stealing someone's work or a quote without citing the proper sources.

(4)Complete plagiarism
Refers to a situation in which I take someone else's research and present it under my own name.

How to Avoid plagiarism

Always add a note of the source of the material you're using in your work. You must read and comprehend a subject matter independently in order to explain it in your own words.
Make a note of the source of each item of information you come across when conducting research and taking notes for your assignment. Forgetting is one method pupils plagiarise.

Quote and paraphrase

If you wish to express a notion or piece of information from a source in your work, you must either paraphrase or cite the original text.

What is citation

Citation informs my reader that some of the words I've used aren't mine.
Example "The ability of apple eating to maintain balanced populations of bacteria in our lower digestive system has long been recognised by scientists".

Conclusion

I have read and understand steemit etiquette on steemit community,I will do my best to embrace them.

Thanks for your time
