Hey guys, I warmly welcome you to my achievement3 post which is centered on the topic Content Etiquette.

The word Etiquette refers to morals, standards, rules, and guidelines governing a person, group of persons or an organization.

So we can say that content etiquette refers to the rules that needs to be observed inorder to make an acceptable article or content.
Some of these rules are

• Avoid plagiarism
• Non-usage of copyright images
• Appropriate citation of a person's work

We now move to a new subheading where we will learn about plagiarism and how it can be avoided.

Plagiarism is the act of intentionally or mistakenly presenting a person's intellectual property as yours.
And this is done by not acknowledging the owner of the work/idea

Many atimes, people often mistake plagiarism for piracy, below is a distinction between them.

Plagiarism	Piracy
The usage of a person's intellectual property without acknowledgement	The illegal sale of copies of a writer's work
It's not aimed at making profits	It's main goal is to make profits

CAUSES OF PLAGIARISM

• Lack of stiff punishment for offenders
• Procrastination
• Fear of failure
• Laziness
  

  ELIMINATION OF PLAGIARISM

• Appropriate rewards for plagiarism-free content
• Enactment of stiff punishment for offenders
• Public enlightenment.

Inorder to avoid plagiarism, a user has to cite another's person's idea properly and this is illustrated below
