Hey dear steemians. I am @ariful36. I have completed my first achievement a few months ago. Today I am writing my achievement 2 post which is about Basic Security on Steem.

Question no.1

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Yes I have retrieved all my keys on Steemit and saved it in my google drive. I also wrote it on my personal diary.

Question no.2

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes I have read about the keys and understood its uses and functions.
1.Posting Key
We use posting key to log in in our steemit account. It allows us to make a post, a comment and to give votes.
2.Memo Key
Memo key is for private messaging. It is used for encrypting and decrypting of private messages that are sent through blockchain.
3.Active Key
Active key is used sensitive tasks like when transferring funds, converting Steem dollars, updating profiles and other tasks.
4.Owner Key
The owner key is only used when necessary. It is the most powerful key. It is used when you want to change any of the other keys of account. It is used for recovery of account if someone else is using it.

How do you plan to keep your master password?

I have kept my master password safe in my email account and in my diary.

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Yes I know how to transfer steem token from my account to another user account. Following are the steps to be follwed.

Go to your wallet
You will see STEEM written at the top in balance tab
Click on the dropdown menu and select transfer

Now enter the username of whomever you want to transfer steem token to
Click next.

Now lick ok to confirm transfer

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Yes I know how to power up the STEEM.

1).Go to wallet.
2).In STEEM go to dropdown menu and select Power Up.
3).Enter the key and the amount and click on power up. Steem will be converted into Steem Power.
