Hello everyone, I hope you guys are very well and enjoying you life with you good health. Today i am sharing my achievement 2 post with you guys. Which is about basic security on steemit. In this achievement basically we are gone know about the security of steemit and how to use our keys.

So let me know answer the question which is asked in the Achievement.

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Answer

Yes, I have retrieved all my keys on steemit. Cause, keys are very important. I've also saved them on my own drive

Question 2

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Answer

Yes, I know. I've learned from my steemian friends and also from the posts of many communities. There are four important keys and each of them has its own and unique functions. They are:

🔐Posting Key:
If you log in to steemit.com by using a private posting key then you could make posts, comments, vote up or down & also edit them. An active user has to use this private posting key every day.

🔐Active Key:
active key is used for making few transactions in steemit, it can be used whenever we want to transfer steem to another user's account or while powering up. Through active key we have an access to converting steem into dollars, and we can vote through active key on people's posts. and through active key we have an access to upgrade your profile as your profile picture or avatar and lacing market in order. The active key is used for monetary and wallet related actions. In a word, it is used in transactions.

🔐Memo Key:
The memo key is used for decrypting memos when transferring funds. The memo key should be kept secret. So, we use this / # sign to keep it secret. It is important for users to keep their memo key secure and not share it with others, as it is the key that is used to encrypt and decry pt all of their private messages.

🔐Owner Key:
Owner key is used to retrieve your other keys in case you can't find them, it is very important to key this key save in your phone or better still make it an hardware copy.It can be used to change the other keys associated with the account, such as the active key, posting key, and memo key, as well as to reset the account's password.It is important to keep the owner key secure and protected as it grants complete control over the account, including the ability to transfer funds, update account information, and even delete the account. And owner key have to be sorted somewhere safe or offline.

How do you plan to keep your master password?

Answer

I've saved my master password both online and offline. Because this key is the only way to derive all the other keys. Nobody should lose this password.

Question 4

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Answer

Yes,I know 1st you need to open your steem wallet and then

after then you need to click on drop-down button there you will see the transfer fund option

after that write the user name where you want to transfer fund and also write the amount of fund which you want to transfer

and then click on next apply your active key and your fund will transfer successfully.

Question 5

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Answer

Yes,i know how to power up. let me show step by step 1st you need to open your steem wallet then. click on drop done button there you will see the power up option.

then we click on power up button write the amount you want to power up and apply your active key.
