Plagiarism

Stealing or copying whether it is a university or any other platform is basically theft. Making a copy of another person is basically a legal penalty. Stealing or copying in one's own name by making someone's idea or copying something without the permission of any person. If a person has created something in the first place, then he will be honored for his achievement.

Forms of plagiarism

The plagiarism may be in the form of

1)Verbatim plagiarism

Anything that is being stolen or copied is brought from another source. After the introduction, the words of that encouragement are used to mean something new, but basically, it is a change of words. Is converted from another language to one's own language. This makes it seem like it's your own but before it's actually a criminal offense to steal someone else's idea

2)Cut and paste from the internet

When you cut out something from the internet and keep saying it in your own name, it looks like you made it, but when you use it from the internet, it is exactly the same, or in the name of cutting something, it is called plagiarism.

3)Paraphrasing

If you change a word from a place or have a keynote, or if you continue to name a reader, but do not give any credit to the person from whom you have taken it, then continue in your own name without identifying him, that is basically pluralism. Or making a copy is legally punishable, not desirable. So we should avoid it.

The content that steemit people are producing is plagiarism-free as plagiarism is forbidden on steemit platform. It is good for the people to explore their talent and show other people that how much talented they are. they will be using their brains and will work hard in order to produce quality content and to compete with other people. I have seen other people's posts that add proper citation whenever other people's work is taken. which I appreciate and it is a healthy practice. and the one who is not following this should be punished and face the consequences.
