My posting key
This key is used for posting, commenting and
voting. This key has a limited set of permissions and it is not able to be used for monetary actions. So money
can not be loosed if someone else gets access to this key.
Active Key
This key is used for sensitive monetary-related actions, like transferring and exchanging tokens. It id used for powering steem up or down, vote for witnesses, place an order for an exchange. If Anyone as access to this key, he/she can take steem tokens so its advised that the key be kept safe.
Owner Key:
The owner key is used to change the other keys. This key has additional permissions to recover your account or change your other keys. It's the most important key and should be securely saved offline.
Memo Key
The Memo Key is only used to encrypt and decrypt private messages that are sent through the blockchain and its not commonly used.
How to Transfer STEEM
Yes I know how to transfer steem to another user, firstly login in using your active key and click on steem.
A drop-down menu will appear click on "Transfer"
Enter the amount and the username or address you want to transfer to and click next to proceed
How to Power up
To power up STEEM you need to login with your active key, then as if you want to transfer click the drop-down menu and click on "Power up"
Enter the amount you want to power up and click in "Power up" to finalize it...
