Hi Everyone! I'm going to write about Basic Security on Steem. Security is a must needed thing in all the works in our lives. Steemit is a company that uses advanced security methods in there website. As you are a Steemit user you can see that different keys has been provided to use in our activities because using same key in all the things can be a risk to our security. Let's see what kind of a security system is using on steemit.

Yes. I have retrieved all the keys on steemit from steemit wallet.

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes, I have been learning the functions and restrictions of steemit keys and I will be able to learn and remember all the functions and restriction.

Owner Key

Owner key is the most important key on steemit. It is the administrative key in steemit because it can be used to change other keys of steemit. It should be store very secretly and you should never lose it. This is used on,

Reset Owner, Active, and Posting keys

Recover your account

Memo Key

Memo key is used on encrypting and decrypting private messages. It is not using commonly now. This is used in,

How do you plan to keep your master password?

Master password is the password that has been given to us by steemit in sign up. If we lost our master password we won't be able to recover our steemit account. So I stored it as a saved passwords of my browser. And I stored it in my email as a draft mail. I don't think that it will be lost because I won't lose my pc or my email.

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

I don't know how to transfer my steem token to another steem user account but I am looking forward to learn it.

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Yes, We can power up our steem by converting our steem into steempower. I haven't done this but I will do it in future.
