ACHIEVEMENT 2| BASIC SECURITY IN STEEMIT BY @citysilver45

Hello my dear stemians. I am back again to write my achievement 2. Trust you all are doing great. This achievement task is about basic security. Please keep reading let me attempt the questions below :

Question 1: have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Yes I have retrieved all my keys on steemit and these keys are
Posting key
Owner key
Active key
Memo key
Master key

Question 2:Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes,I have thoroughly gone through them and know the functions and restrictions of each key.
Posting key: this key allows us to post,comment, edit, resteem, vote and follow or mute other accounts.

Owner key: This is the most important permission key besides the master password,it gives full control over your steem account.

Active key: The active key is meant for more sensistive tasks which may include tasks like updating profile details and avatar,transferring funds and more.

Memo key: The memo key is specifically used for private messaging. It can encrypt and decrypt private messages that are sent through the blockchain.

Master key: The master key is used to retrieve all other keys when an account is newly opened.

Question 3: How do you plan to keep your master
I have secured it by writing it down in my diary.

Question 4. Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account.
(1)Go to wallet
(2)Go to steem
(3)click on dropdown and press transfer.

Then type the username of the steemiam you want to transfer to and the quantity of steem you want to transfer

Then click next, copy and paste your owner key or any other revant key and then click transfer. Congratulations, i have successfully transferred my steem to another user.

Question 5
Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Yes, i know how to power up my steem. To do that, i will go to my wallet as i did when i was transferring my steem to another user. Then click on the drop down. I will the select power up.
Then put the quantity of steem i want to power up and click power up
