Hello dear steemians..I woke up today early morning and saw my strawberry plant having bloomed ...those lovely flowers give me hope for those lovely fruits that I can't wait to taste it again...it had already given me two tasty fruits months back now more are coming as u know farming can't fail you as they say in Uganda (mbu enkumbi telimba) this has given me morale to do more of the urban farming that am doing and that am here to teach and explain to you on how to do it though before I continue with the teaching here is my strawberry's picture.

Well let's continue with this urban farming things... Urban farming is where we use the simple things like plastics, polythenes ,wood and other materials, fill them with soil and park them in our limited space and plant our desired plants...these plants may include vegetables, fruits, flowers and others plants of own choice ..I will start with using plastic bottles ...you can't start with cutting them either horizontally or vertically depending on what your going to plant in and then fill them soil before you arrange them in the ample space you have... like these

Then moist your soil and manure it ...then add the seedlings of your choice like Onion, carrot and other seeds depending on the container u have because there some plants that don't fit in certain containers... then after that keep on watering your plants and planning where needed this will help your plants grow faster and healthy... also add manure where needed... check out these pictures...

And this can also work just in case you can't cut them...

You can also do urban farming for decoration.. like these

Well it depends on one's choice .. and after harvest you can just add manure to containers and leave the soil to rejuvenate before you put in other plants... urban farming doesn't have seasons and the market for urban farming plants are real and never scarce...so it's upto you ....are you planting for home consumption or business.. well that's all I came to share with you.. thank you...and until next time.... love you all.
