Achievement 2 BASIC SECURITY ON STEEM by @degold

Greetings freinds on steemit, hope we are all doing great.
I will like to thank everyone who helped me out by giving me their votes and constructive comments on my previous achievement, thank y'all for helping me to move on to achievement 2.
Question1. Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?
Yes.
Question 2.
Do you Know the functions and restrictions of each of this keys that you have been given ?
Yes. I know the function of each of this keys, and will be explaining it below.

Just like any other key, the steem key are very important. When we buy a property like a house, we are being given keys and each of this keys have different doors in a house that they can open. Thesame goes with steem keys, when we create a new account, we are being given a master key, and other keys which have specific functions just like the doors to the rooms of a house . There are 5 keys on the steem platform which are:
STEEM KEYS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS

1. POSTING KEYS : this key is used for posting articles or content, comment and up voting on other people's post.
2. ACTIVE KEY: This key is the financial key on steem, as it is concerned with the transfer of SBD from one account to another, and also in powering up and powering down.
3. OWNER KEY: This key is the most important of them all as it can alter any other key, and can be used for finances and for posting on the steem platform.
4. MEMO KEY: This key is concerned with the management of private messages and transactions that enters or goes out of the accounting.
5. MASTER KEY: just like with the example of a house with rooms if you do not have the key to main door, then the keys to the doors of the rooms are useless. The master key is like the mother to all the other keys, because it is from it that the other keys are being derived.
   Question 3. How do you plan to secure your master key safe?
   I have downloaded and printed out the master key, and kept hard copy with my important documents.
   Question 4. Do you Know the processes involved in transferring steem tokens from one account to another?
   Yes
   HOW TO TRANSFER STEEM TOKENS

• Sign in to your account
• Click on wallet
• Click on the drop bar arrow found on the token you wish to transfer
• Click on transfer.

This will take you to the next page, there you click in confirms to approve the transfer.
Question 5. Do you Know the processes involved in powering up.
Yes i do .

• Still under wallet, click on steem
• click on the power up drop down arrow

This with bring you to the next page

Click on powering up option which will take you to the next page.
Follow the instruction and click on confirm to approve the transaction
Conclusion
Your steem keys are very important and should not be shared, always keep an off-line copy.
