and imminent ways one can violate integrity.
(1)Paraphrase Plagiarism ÷ Rephrasing someone else's ideas without citation .
(2)Verbatim Plagiarism ÷ Directly copying a passage of text without citation. Copy and paste concept.
(3)Mosaic Plagiarism ÷ Combining text and ideas from different sources without citation.
(4)Direct Plagiarism. Direct plagiarism is the word for word transcription of a section of someone else's work, without attribution and without quotation marks.https://www.google.com
HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM

  1. Use direct quotes - or don't quote at all. 2. Paraphrase with care -
Don’t assume that you can avoid using quotation marks simply because you are not copying the entire original passage verbatim.
  2. Give credit where credit is due.
  3. Beware of cutting and pasting.
  4. Footnote as you go
Even when you’re just writing a rough draft, it’s a good idea to insert footnotes — at least one per paragraph, and ideally even more.https://blog.law.shu.edu/off-the-record
Plagiarism as a representation of another writer's thought, ideas, language and expression as one's own thought is poor . Great value is to be concede to the contributions on information made by other people. It bestowed credit to original writer/author. Its mischievous and a criminal behavior if the information sources its not properly recognized.
I understand the etiquette on the steemit platform and I will do all that I can to uphold it.
