Week 1 Report: Exploring Steemit and Learning the Ropes
Hello fellow Steemians!
My name is Emmanuel Thompson.
I'm thrilled to share my first-week experience on Steemit. It's been an exciting journey so far, filled with discoveries, lessons, and connections.
Exploring Communities:
I've dived into various communities, including:
- Newcomer, Cameron, Family, kids and parents, Health, food, entrepreneur etc
These communities have opened my eyes to the diversity and creativity within the Steemit ecosystem.
Posting and Learning:
I've shared a few posts, expressing my thoughts and feelings:
- Introduction post, economy, fractured trust and unspoken pain, with few others that were flagged.
Although some of my posts were flagged due to misunderstanding community rules, but I've learned valuable lessons about:
- Reading and understanding community guidelines
- Respecting content quality standards
- Engaging with others' work
Lessons Learned:
- Importance of community rules and guidelines
- Quality content matters
- Engagement is key to building relationships
Goals for Next Week:
- Continue exploring communities and finding my niche
- Improve content quality and consistency
- Engage more with fellow Steemians through comments and upvotes
Gratitude:
Special thanks to @destinedhanik, @gorilla, newcomer community, and others for their support, guidance, and encouragement.
Closing Thoughts:
My first week on Steemit has been a steep learning curve, but I'm excited for the journey ahead. I look forward to growing, learning, and contributing to this amazing community.
Thank you for reading!
