Am finally happy completing my achievement 1&2 and below is my achievement 3...That talks on content etiquette
Theft is not only done by picking pockets and stealing money
They are many other ways theft can take place
What is plagiarism?
- According to my own understanding plagiarism can be defined as the stealing of some one else work and passing it out as your own with out citation or quotation...
OR
- In my own knowledge plagiarism can be defined as the act of taking some one else work,and passing them off as your own
Types of plagiarism
Self plagiarism
This is seen as the copying of your own published work and attempting to make it appear brand new...
Accidental plagiarism
This is the act where by a persons neglates/refuses to cite their source and or unknowingly paraphrases a source using the same words
Paraphrasing plagiarism
This is seen where by you don't properly acknowledge the author...
It is also seen as the act where by your text is to close to the original work
Global plagiarism
This is defied as the act of fully copying of some ones else work as your own
Mosiac plagiarism this is defined as the copying if ideas for different author's OR rather source
Incorrect citation
This Is defined as the act where by a person neglates to give all the Necessary information in his/her source citation
Unfortunately there's traffic and am not able to go further😂
How To Avoid plagiarism
1-keep tracks of sources you consult in your research
2-paraphares or quote from your sources an add extra idea's
3-credit the original author in an in text citation
4- use a plagiarism checker
5- take your time to Read your work
6-AVOID TEMPTATION.....
