Today, I'd like to discuss a hot trend in the crypto world: the impressive launch of an airdrop by STEPN, a web3 application that's been gaining traction. According to a recent press release sent to the Crypto News team, this Solana-based NFT project is rolling out the "Trailblazer" campaign, offering a 100 million FSL points airdrop ahead of unveiling a significant partnership.
The NFT project based on Solana will split the airdrop into two stages, with a total value of $30 million. These FSL points will be exchangeable with STEPN's native GMT tokens.
The first stage of the airdrop was dedicated to STEPN badge holders, who received FSL points based on the complexity level of activities and challenges completed within the app. In the second stage, Genesis sneaker holders were rewarded with FSL points, reflecting their ownership period and continued loyalty to the app.
In the future, FSL point holders will likely have two options: to convert them into GMT tokens on the STEPN platform or to use them to purchase tickets for Raffle Mint at future events and partnerships.
STEPN CEO Shiti Manghani stated, "The company has decided to launch this extensive airdrop campaign as a token of appreciation to our most loyal community members. This will provide them with early access to future coins and other exclusive rewards."
This marks the third annual airdrop since the first one in 2022, and besides this, the app will receive 235 million GMT tokens in three separate events. Additionally, the app has distributed.
Eligible participants to receive the airdrop can convert their tokens until April 29th. If unclaimed, all allocated tokens will be forfeited.
Furthermore, STEPN is preparing to partner with one of the world's most renowned sports brands, marking a pivotal moment for its future.
CEO Manghani emphasized, "STEPN has now reached an eagerly anticipated turning point. We have major plans to accelerate growth and solidify our position as leaders in the Move-and-Un space this year."
