Hello Steemians,

Welcome to my first post. I am so delighted to be part of this wonderful platform. Kindly read below a brief introduction of myself.

MY PROFILE

I am Ekang, Glory Gogo, from Unyengala in Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. I am in my late 20's. I come from a family of six, which includes, my dad, mom, and three siblings. I am the second child and the only female child. I am a very honest person, jovial and love those who are honest with me, amongst other amazing personalities.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/ PROFESSION

I am an Estate Surveyor who graduated from Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori, Rivers State, Nigeria, in the year 2016. I did my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the year 2017. The orientation camp used during my batch is situate in Wannune, Benue State, Nigeria. My Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) was at an Estate Surveying Firm, Ngobar & Co., in Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria. On completion of my NYSC, I returned to Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, where I base and went into business. The kind of business I am into is selling of foodstuffs in wholesale and retail such a Nembe Crayfish, dried fish of different kinds, dried prawns amongst others. I am a devoted Christian that really loves God.

HOBBY

I love to read books, articles on the internet. This is because it helps broaden my knowledge. I love to make research and find answers to different issues involving life, health, and the environment. Music is something that refreshes the soul especially after a long day. I love listening to good music. I also love hanging out with friends on a cool evening. Cooking is another thing I love to do. I love cooking my meals and trying out new dishes. I also love helping others and discussing business ideas.

HOW I DISCOVERED STEEMIT

I got to know about this platform from my dear friend @beautiefair. Her passion and devotion to this platform, made me want to be a part of it. She assisted me in joining the platform and taught me all I needed to know to be productive. I am thankful to her for the guidance she rendered so I can be a part of this platform.

MY PURPOSE OF JOINING

I am eager to share my experiences and also learn more from this wonderful platform, Steemit. For this reason, I joined Steemit.
