My name is @grace from Akwa ibom state I'm here to talk about the basic security key in my own little way
Today I want to write about the basic security on Steemit because it is important to stay safe in every thing.

Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?

QUESTION 1

Yes. I've retrieved all my keys on steemit. Which are

Posting key
Memo key
Active key
Owner key

QUESTION 2:Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes. I know all the important key, and also, I study to use this keys functions and restriction.. These are:
Posting key

Memo key
active key
Owner key
Master key

Posting Key:First you have to login in your steemit account by using your posting key code to login into your steemit account you can make post and comment.
Memo Key:The memo key is used for decrypting memos when transferring funds.
Active Key:The active key is used for transferring money from your wallet to another wallet and When you need to transfer you have to use this key.
Owner Key:If you want to reset all the other keys then you have to use the owner key. It should be kept offline at all times.
Master key: it is the one that generates other keys so it is important to keep it safe

QUESTION 3:How do you plan to keep your master password?

I saved my master password in safe place that's my google account. This master password is very important to derive all the other keys in steemit. Everyone should saved this master password in safe place.

QUESTION 4:Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Yes.

At frist i have to login my steemit wallet using my private Active key.

Then go to where you have steem then click on the small arrow and the following will pop up i now click on transfer

After that I have to fill up the details of the &receiver's username, amount to be transferred & memo. Then by clicking the next button the process will be completed.

QUESTION 5

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Powering Up means Converting Steem to Steem power . Powering Up process are here:
Have to log in using Private Active Key.
Then I have to click on the Power Up button near Steem option.

By clicking the Power Up button, it will complete the powering up.

I have successfully power up my Steem power
