I am a newcomer and participate in steemit for around 1 week. Although, I have been written lots of introductions for newcomers, I am still having some problems needing help from @curationteam, @steemblog, @cryptokannon or any supporter.
My problems are:
- My "Post" button is hidden so I can not send a new post on my blog. I still send a new post on the steemit community.
- Why my author reward is reduced from $10.09 to $9.90 at the post:

And reducing from $3.20 to $3.16 at the post:

- Do all my above problems relate to changes in my avatar and my cover image many times a day?

You may not post if you have not followed the title to the post you are about to post. This is all normal
There are also a few reasons why the rewards on your posts may drop in dollar terms:
People who voted positively on your post may later unvote it.
Steem's value may have dropped in dollar terms. The Steem amount received in your shipment will appear there in dollars. For example, a vote of $ 38 from a post of mine. $ 38 means 254 Steem. A few days later it dropped to $ 36 but still 254 Steem.

About my post: I checked many times that I had all title and content for my post before sending but" post" button still was hidden. This problem just have happened when I have posted on my blog. I can post in steemit community normally.
About drop dollar: my steem reward also drop a haff when payout.

Hey @hanhtran83,
I think you should try to refresh the window or log out and log back in.
It has happened to me with poor internet connection before so you should check that as well.
The last thing I can think of is the hashtags. I see your hashtags section is empty. That is, the section identical to the title section beneath the main body.
You should put some labels in small letters there which relate to the subject of your writing and separate them with a single space.
Eg.
You should be able to post after that.
As for the reduction in post rewards, it is absolutely normal. A lot of factors determine that value such as the current price of steem, sbd, curators activity, etc.

@njaywan: thank you for your reply. Now I can post my blog after adding hashtags at that square. The previous time, I added hashtags after finishing content by adding # at the end of the content. I have never added hashtags in that square.

If you post at any community, that community tag will be your first tag, for example tag for newcomers community is hive-172186, this tag will be your first tag, on the other hand if you post on your own blog, your first tag will be your primary/main tag.
