A cordial greeting to all members of the newcomers community. Today I am pleased to bring you the realization of achievement 4 and to have learned about how to use each form.

As the subject is free I decided to talk about Emotional Immaturity something that we all go through at some point in our lives and that over the years we learn to mature. Many times it happens because of the lack of empathy and the fear of commitment and taking life as an adult.

Emotional Immaturity

Immaturity is the lack of empathy, frustration, fear of commitment, it is being a person who is not mature. Many times it has nothing to do with age, but wanting to live life as a teenager and not accept responsibilities by evading it.

It comes in 2 forms. The one who wants to be nice, always seeks the approval of everyone and does what everyone says, never takes disappointments for him. And the one who is arrogant and arrogant takes advantage of others by making use of his power.

Advice	Summary
Acceptance	Understand that you are no longer a child and that you have to live life accepting the complexity and difficulties that arise over the years.
Plan goals	Set realistic goals, in the short and long term, to change little by little.
Facing problems	Self-confidence is important. Learn to make your own decisions and face your fears. Try not to always look for support in others.
Stop being selfish	Learn to put yourself in the shoes of others, to have empathy for the other.
