About Myself

Good day Steemians, I am very much grateful to count myself part of the stemmit platform. Let me start by introducing myself.
Ima-obobong Philip is my name, am a young lady of 29 years.I come from the southern region of Nigeria, precisely Akwa Ibom state, which happens to be where I was born and raised. I an a resident of Uyo. I am happily married with a kid. A lovely daughter.

Education

Primary Education
I started my education at Uwana-Abasi Nursery and primary School. A private school in the hart of the town, it was the school with the most elegant uniform, a least that is what the people say.

Secondary Education
I attended Independent High School Ukan, where I got my Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSCE) a public school in my hometown.

Tertiary
After my secondary education I got admission into university of Uyo. Where I studied Agricultural science and obtained B.SC(Bachelor of science,) it took longer than I had expected because of repeated strike actions that affected our school calendar.

Youth Service

I was sent to Jigawa state for National youth service. An arrangement that was made to unite the nation by moving graduates after there school to other parts of the country to spend a year serving the country. Because I am from the south, I was posted to the Northern part of Nigeria.
Activities at the camp was memorable, it was the only time I really went that far from my hometown. I had to learn the ways of the northeners and a little about their language. I was made to teach as part of my duties.

My likes

l love singing, teaching and traveling. Also love spending time in the kitchen, cooking.

Work Experience

During my National Youth Service year, I had a lot of teaching experience and also during my internship practice at Old Oyo National park.
