Hello my fellow steemian friends and family, It is a great delight to me for having the opportunity to continue in my achievement task. I am also grateful for the people who are always there for me, supporting me, keeping me going in my achievements so far. A special thanks to @cryptocannon, @besticofinder, @njaywan, @steemcurator3, @katerinaramm, @beautychics and so on. Your contributions prepares me on how to organize syntax in my writeup in a legible and presentable way that will enable the readers to comprehend with maximum satisfaction reading through. In this my Achievement 4 markdown task, I will use the opportunity to talk about the controversial between Broccoli and Cauliflower, similarities, differences, nutritional contents and some possible health benefits.

BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CONTROVERSY

Broccoli:

"Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable, alongside kale, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, bok choy, cabbage, collard greens, rutabaga, and turnips."

Broccoli is a green head round like a mini tree, with thick, congested, branches like that of a tree.

Similarities

Broccoli and cauliflower are both vegetables that belong to the same family of plants that called brassica family

Broccoli and cauliflower are both crops that are rich in vitamin C and fibres, though in different amount of contents.

Broccoli and cauliflower are full embedded in antioxidants, which are beneficial compounds that can decrease body cell damage, reduce inflammation, and protect against chronic disease.

Research also state that adding bit of broccoli or cauliflower in our diet may reduce risk of having heart disease.

Broccoli and cauliflower are both may reduce cholesterol in the blood as so as blood pressure levels.

Broccoli and cauliflower can be eaten raw, steamed, sautéed, grilled, or roasted to help improve the taste and texture.

Differences

Broccoli is usually appears in dark green while cauliflower is almost comes in off white.

Broccoli is high in Vitamin E, K, C, while cauliflower is low in Vitamin E, K, C.

Broccoli is rich in phosphorus, than cauliflower.
