Hello Steemians,

Good day everyone am @kobby200. Today am glad to continue with my achievement 3 task post.Which talks about content etiquette and also my general knowledge about plagiarism in the steem community.

PLAGIARISM
Can simply be defined as the act of using someone’s (contents,Ideas,Quotes and pictures) to be presented as your own work,Without giving them the credit or acknowledgment.We all no this steemit platform is against the habit of plagiarism,This can lead to the banned and mute of your account when you keep on to plagiarized all over.

TYPES OF PLAGIARISM
Plagiarism has been categorized into so many types and I will sharing some with you all below my post.

SELF PLAGIARISM:
This is a type of plagiarism on the steemit community,Whereby a user try to post same content in two or more communities.Most of the steemians have no idea but today am trying to tell some of you that is also another way of plagiarism.

COMPLETE PLAGIARISM:
This also another way of plagiarism inwhich a user copy the whole content, Of a different users work to be presented as their own work.

PARAPHRASING PLAGIARISM:
This is a type of plagiarism whereby a user try to play smart ,That is taking a different users content to change,Correct and exit some words to present the work as their own.

HOW TO STOP PLAGIARISM
1.You can use plagiarism checker before you post your contents to avoid plagiarism.

2. Always give the maximum respect to any users content you use,By giving them the credit or acknowledgment to avoid plagiarism.

3.Try not to forget to cite the source of any copyright images,sentence and ideas of other users contents you used in your own content to avoid plagiarism.

I have been able to read and understood all the steemit etiquettes on each steemit community and I will do my best to go embrace them.
