Introduction
Hola steemians,
It's been 9 days since my last post, I have not been as active online as I use to be, due to some health challenges. Today with my love for steem I want to present to you ,my achievement task number 2 which talks about basic security on steem.
Steemit is a wonderful platform that has many keys which are suppose to be kept very safe in other to secure your account very well. The essence of this achievement 2 task is so that we know the functions of these various keys and also discuss as to how the keys can be kept safe. Below are the various keys present in the steemit platform
Your Tron Account Keys
There are 2 basic keys that are present in this section and they are listed below.
Your Stremit Private Keys
There are 4 basic keys that are present in this section and they are listed below.
Private posting key
Private memo key
Private active key
Private owner key
Your Steemit Public Keys
There are 4 basic keys that are present in this section and they are listed below.
Posting public
Memo public
Active public
Owner public
Note: Master Password is the primary key that is used to generate the document that contains the entire keys. It is recommended you don't share this key with anyone.
The Tron account key, consist of two different keys of which one is the public key which serves as the Tron address. The other is the Tron private key which is use to perform many activities in the Tron account. Some of the activities include transfer token, freeze and unfreeze TRX, vote for Tron SRs, explore Tron ecology and many more.
POSTING KEY
This key has many functions. Some of the functions are; it is used when publishing a post, Edit a post or comment, upvote and downvote, esteem content, fellow people, mute account etc.
ACTIVE KEY
Just like the name implies active keys are mostly used when talking about monetary issues. It is the key that enable you to perform some form of transaction in your wallet. The permission associated with this key include transfer token, power up or down, SBD conversion, vote witness etc.
OWNER KEY
This key is used to change other keys. The essence of this key is for you to recover your account or better still change the other keys. The permissions of this keys include resetting of owner, active and posting key, recover account, decline voting etc.
MEMO KEY
The function of the memo key is to encrypt or decrypt private messages which are sent using blockchain. The permission of the memo key include send an encrypted message, view encrypted messages.
PUBLIC KEYS
From the post above you would have noticed that each private keys have their equivalent public keys. Public keys are not required for login on the steemit.com

Yes, I have retrieved all the keys.
Question 2:Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?
Yes I do know most of these keys function, I have actually explained few of them above.
Question 3:How do you plan to keep your master password?
The master password is use to generate keys that will enable us generate the other entire keys, it is recommended that this key is kept safe. In my part I have printed and kept it in my document. More also I have saved offline in my water hard drive.
Question 4:Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?
Yes I do know how to transfer my steem to another steem user and below is the screenshot of the procedure.

Question 5:Do you know how to power up your STEEM?
