Then take it out of the oven, cool it a little, put it in a plastic container and store the gelatin in the fridge. When it is frozen, take it out and cut it into desired shape.
You can cut different fruits and put it in sugar-water mixture and keep it in the fridge, it will not turn black.
You can crush pistachios, almonds, walnuts. You can also fry it in a little oil in a pan.
The most important step in making faluda is sorting. A beautiful tall glass should be prepared for faluda. First put 1/2 teaspoon of fruit mixture in a glass. Then take the mixture of soap and noodles out of the fridge and fill one third of the glass. Then you have to put jelly on it. If there is more than one color jelly, it will look beautiful. Faluda can be served with ice cream, almond mixture and a little jelly on top. It would be better to put a cherry on top of all of them.
