Let's not be late and see how today's recipe can be made. Ingredients: Polaway rice or basmati rice 1 kg. Shrimp medium size half kg. 1 cup of coconut milk. Take half a cup of coconut curry. 5/6 onion pieces. Onion paste 2 tablespoons. Ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon. Half a teaspoon of biryani spice. Cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaves.
5.6 green chillies. Chili powder a little. Like the amount of oil or ghee. Salt (to taste). Tomato ketchup, sour yogurt, hot water. Method: In today's video, the polao has been cooked with basmati rice. You can also cook with sugar rice or other rice if you want. Wash the rice well, soak it for about 1 hour and drain the water.

First heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the shrimps with a little salt and chilli powder. In this case the shrimps cannot be fried too much. Then in this pan fry hot spices and onion-crumbs with the same amount of oil and brown. Leave half the fried onion. Mix onion-bata, coconut-bata, ginger and garlic bata, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, tomato ketchup, salt and chilli-powder with the rest of the onion one by one and add the fried shrimp.

Drain the shrimps with a little water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes with yogurt, coconut milk, biryani spices and green chillies. Put the shrimps in a separate container, fry the rice with fish broth for six to seven minutes and add hot water. When it boils a few times, spread the fried onion on top with the shrimp cooked with polao. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Then lower and serve with the hot shrimp polao salad.
