How can I keep my Steem account secure?

I have saved my Steem password as pdf at google drive& also offline
Below is the sequence of question that we need to know on how crucial these keys and are on how to protect our account in steemit.

Why should I be careful with my master password?

Master password measured prime key .it is used to derive all keys for your account, including the owner key. If someone has access to your master password, they can steal your account and all of the tokens in it.

Do you know each of these keys functions and restrictions?

Sure.i have concerned about keys functions and restrictions.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESTRICTIONS

Posting key:

This key used for daily login & social networking purpose like as action like posting, commenting and voting this key has a limited set of permissions and it is not able to be used for monetary actions. Store this keep safely by offline method. Additionally, this key control the social communication.

The posting key is limited to its use permission not to actions related to transfer in funds or delegate your system power.

Active Key:

Active key is the key that is used to make transactions such as powering up/down, transferring funds, converting steem dollars etc

When performing a wallet related action you may be promoted to to authenticate with your active key you should only e enter your active key into apps which you trust because anyone with access to this key can take your tokens. Do yourself a favour and store this key safely to avoid losing tokens in the future.

Owner Key:

This key makes changed all other keys.This key has additional permission to recover your account or change your other keys,

Memo Key:

The memo key because it is a bit of an outlier. The only thing the memo key can do is encrypt and decrypt private messages that are sent through the block chain. While this could one day be a powerful feature, today is it not commonly used. If you have received a private message that you would like to decrypt, as always you should use the key with the minimum necessary authorities, which in this case would be the memo key.

Public Key:

Public key and private key so each of each steem key has a public key and a private key, like the owner key, this one key as a public key and private key. its function is to encrypt and the decrypt the data associated with the username and can be used to track transactions on the blockchain.

Master Key:

Master key is the main key that we get when registering steemit and this is the top hierarchy of the steemit security system. This key is very important and don't lose this ki because with this key we can get other keys such as the posting key and the owner key.

What is the different between Master Password and Owner Key?

Master Password is used to generate all the other keys, including the Owner Key. The only reason you should ever really be using your Master Password is when you are going through the account recovery, in which case you should be retrieving the Master Password from your safe storage.
The Master Password is the password you get upon signing up. You should then take that password, go to your Steemit.com wallet, retrieve all the other keys, and only use those keys going forward.

I know how to make a steemit transfer from a steemit account to another steemit user and also from another account to my steemit account. To make a steem transfer you will go to the wallet select balance and then select the steem drop down then select transfer then feel in the transfer destination account and fill in the scheme amount and provide a memo message and then press the next button

I know how to power off and power down steam the trick is to the wallet Menu and on the balance tab select drop down on steem and select power up. The power up option will appear if we have just done it but it will change to a power down.

Finally, I would like to say that these key are very important for the steemit community without which it is not possible to manage steemit and how many types of transfers can be withdrawn from any disease.
