Hi friends, this post is based on securing the steemit account and use of the keys and also about the steemit wallet

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?
Answer:
You will be given five different keys (Master key, Owner key, Active key, posting key, Memo key)when you create an account in steemit.Each key must be used for different purposes.Out of these five keys, Owner key is capable of changing all the other keys but it cannot recover the lost keys but Master key is capable of recovering all the keys even the Owner key. So you must keep Master key very safe, if Master key is lost your account cannot be recovered.
Those basic security keys includes:

Private posting keys: Posting keys are used for;
Publishing a post or comment,
Editing a post or comment,
Upvoting or downvoting,
Resteeming contents,
Following and unfollowing people or accounts,
Mute accounts.

Private active keys: Active keys are used for;
Transfering tokens or funds,
Powering up or down steems,
Steem BD conversions,
Voting for witnesses,
Placing an order on an exchange,
Certain profile changes,
Publishing a witness price feed,
Creating a new user into the blockchain.

Private memo keys: Memo keys are used for;
Sending an encrypted message
Viewing an encrypted message

Private owner keys: Owner keys are used for;
Resetting all other keys such as Owner, Active, and Posting keys,
Recovering accounts,
Declining vote rights.
