Felicitations to everyone here at Steemit. I hope we are each good. Well I'm doing great. I am here to present to you my third achievement which is about plagiarism.

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM
'To plagiarise' means to steal or collect without authorization or acknowledgement. It means to copy an idea or composition or paperwork either from someone or from a former document and paste into bone's work without proper citation or reference.
This is not a good station and this can really beget detriment to the author and the author's work. Since this can beget real damage to the author, as pens, we are adviced to be really careful so that we do not make this kind of mistake.

TYPES OF PLAGIARISM
There are different types of plagiarism but there are four which are really common.
These include:
Direct Plagiarism
Self Plagiarism
Mosaic Plagiarism
Accidental Plagiarism

DIRECT PLAGIARISM
As the name implies, it means to copy or copying a part from another person's work directly without proper citation. Well I would call this the most common bone because the author just clones directly without stressing himself in changing any word.

SELF PLAGIARISM
This means the author or pen copying from his former work without proper referencing. This is relatively common among scholars.

MOSAIC PLAGIARISM
This author takes an expression or a judgement from someone differently's work without admitting the proprietor.

ACCIDENTAL PLAGIARISM
This bone is more of an absentminded event. The author here forgets to cite the source or cites the source inaptly. This bone is actually a sad event because the author may have wanted to cite or thought he had formerly done it not knowing he didn't end up admitting the author correctly.

HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM
There's a website which you can use to check for plagiarism. More like a sensor website, it is https://smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/
So the website over is the plagiarism sensor website where you just have to copy and bury your work there for you to cross check if you had plagiarised designedly or unintentionally.
I will also like to add some tips as you adding citation marks, also remembering to use reference.

CITATION

"Butterflies have a four-stage life cycle, as like most insects they undergo complete metamorphosis. Winged adults lay eggs on the food plant on which their larvae, known as caterpillars, will feed. The caterpillars grow, sometimes very rapidly, and when fully developed, pupate in a chrysalis. When metamorphosis is complete, the pupal skin splits, the adult insect climbs out, and after its wings have expanded and dried, it flies off."source

I have read and understood the Steemit Etiquette on Steemit Community and will do my best to embrace them.
