I am @mofizrock. Today, I am writting Achievement 5 task 2 which is about steemscan. I have completed from achievement 1 to 5.1.

Steemscan is an exchange tool that is built on the Steem blockchain. It was developed by @futureshock and @roadofrich and can be used to convert Steem into other cryptocurrencies like USDT, BTC & TRX. It requires no KYC and one doesn't need to have an account with an exchange inroder for them to use this tool. Below is how the homepage of steemscan looks like.

Please explain the current Steem price and volumes on date of submission of this review?

The Steem price today is at $0.50 as you can see from the screenshot below:

Please explain What all information is shown under latest transactions and latest blocks section?

The latest transaction section shows the transactions made by Steemit user's for instance, their votes, comments, rewards claimed etc.

In the latest block section, we can view informanformation inform of ID, height of the block and block transactions.

Please explain What all information is shown under Witnesses section and steps to vote a Witness?

In the witness section, we can see a list of witnesses, their total mined Steem, the transaction count and the current witness. You can even see the active witness.

Steps to vote for a witness-

1. Go to your menu and look for the witness tab
2. Go to the active witness list and choose the witness that you want to vote. Their status should have a green tick.

1. Look for the vote button that is at the far right of each witness
2. Click on vote.

Please explain What is DApps and mention 3 DApps which you have already used or may use in future as per your interest?

DAPPS are decentralized apps that enable a user top post content and follow their accounts.
DAPPS that I have used include Steem world and steemyy. In future I would like to use Dlike and Dtube as well.

Please explain How to use "Quick Convert" and what is the fee charged for different Steem amount for withdrawal?

Quick convert is used to convert Steem into other cryptocurrencies. Steps to follow include;

1. Go to menu and choose the quick convert tab. When you do, your page will appear as below👇

1. Fill in the necessary details for instance, amount of Steem you want to convert
2. Choose your desired cryptocurrency
3. Enter your withdraw address that you want your converted Steem to go to.
4. Click create order then follow next instructions.

When making small Steem transactions, it's advisable to convert it to TRX than BTC/USDT because TRX has relatively lower fixed fees than BTC or USDT.

Please explain what information is provided by the "Search" feature?

This feature shows informanformation inform of transactions, blocks, accounts, transfers, comments, account updates among others.

This is where users can find all the information they want; as long as it is recorded on the Steem blockchain.
