It goes by me, providing required answers to the questions bellow

answer: yes

The keys are :
Memo key
Owner key
Active key
Posting key

Do you know the function and restrictions of each key?

yes

memo key:

this key is used for encryption and decrypting .

owner key:

this key is the lust powerfull key and it is only used when neccesory,this key can change any key of an acount including the owner key 'it is also used for recovery of comprimised acound .

active key:

This key is used when powering up or down dollars. Used also for transfering funds,used for voting ,witnessses updating profile details and placing a market oder

posting key:

This key permits the account to post ,comment ,edit ,vote ,resteem and fallow or mute others account .

how do you plan to keep your master password

The most appoprate way to keep it is by printing it in hard copy ,write it down somd where ,keep it in pdf form ir even in a hard drive.

do you know how to transfer steem tokens to another persons account.

yes

*Loging into wallet by puting ur user name and password

*go to my steem ballance and click the drop down arrow and sellect transfer .

*you will be required to put the account name to which you wana transfer to and amount of steem then click next.

After dat you still need to feel another form and click okay

do you knw how to power up?

yes

*After loging in wallet same as you do for transfer of steem tokens .

.go to steem ballance and clich on power up.

You will be required to type your user name and howmuch you wan yo power up den click on power up as seen bellow

You will feel the form that will appear and click okay as seen bellow
