About me
My name is Natalia Olivier. I was born in a great country named Venezuela. I am 30 years old. I am a fun English language Teacher, but I am also a person who loves self-search to grow as a human being looking for the soul’s freedom.
As I live in the eastern part of the country, in Sucre state, I love going to the beach and seeing how nature smiles at me with its colors and flavors.

I like to share with my family. They are my support. Most of the time we are my mom, my sister and my younger brother, and dad prefers to stay at home. As a result of the crisis, my sister fled the country two years ago, as many Venezuelans, in a way to find a better future. It is not easy to stay, neither to leave the country where you live so I wish the best to my sister and all Venezuelans outside our borders, you are closer in our hearts.
On the other hand, a life’s gift arrived to our family, a new member, our dog Gringo, a pet which always likes to be next to us and make us smile. If you want to smile every day, a pet is a good partner.
My passion to learn and work
I enjoy enriching myself with knowledge. I have a Bachelor in English Language Teaching at Univeridad de Oriente and also a specialization in English Teaching as a Foreign Language at Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez.
Since 2014 I have taught to all levels and ages. I started with kids in my community service. It was the beginning of a love story for teaching and empowering people to reach their learning goals and make dreams come true.
At the moment, I work in high school. Working with teenagers was a big deal at the beginning, but later I learned how not to be a traditional teacher and give them fun and meaningful classes. I like to keep their dreams alive, and make them understand that there is always hope in spite of the critical situation in our country. I believe that they are here to do GREAT CHANGES and their DREAMS MATTERS.
My Steemit’s story for now
My Steemit’s story is unique. I created this account in 2018. By that time, I was looking for some websites to earn money online. Nevertheless, due to the economical conflict between Venezuela and the United States, some websites were blocked, so we had fewer opportunities to get money to live. Despite of that, I kept my hope looking for more websites that could still work here. However, when I created my account I did not post anything until now, because I did not know how to do it. For this reason, I have to thank to my friends @yannellys-32 and @neisys, who helped me to become part of the steemit’s family.
I am here in this amazing community to grow as an entrepreneur. This is my new challenge, and now I repeat to myself what Mandela said: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”
PD: I have troubles with the platform in order to put my profile picture. Please if somebody can help me, I will appreciate it a lot. I really want to work at Steemit. See you soon

Mi nombre es Natalia Olivier. Nacía en un país maravilloso llamado Venezuela. Tengo 30 años. Soy una divertida profesora de Inglés, pero también una persona que ama explorar la forma de crecer como ser humano buscando la libertad del alma.
Como vivo en el oriente del país, en el estado de Sucre, me encanta ir a la playa y ver cómo la naturaleza me sonríe con sus colores y sabores.
Me gusta compartir con mi familia. Ellos son mi todo. La mayor parte del tiempo somos mi mamá, mi hermana y mi hermano, mi papá prefiere quedarse en casa. Pero debido a la crisis, mi hermana abandonó el país hace 2 años, como muchos venezolanos, buscando encontrar un mejor futuro. No es fácil quedarse, tampoco dejar el país donde vives así que les deseo todo lo mejor a mi hermana y todos los venezolanos que están fuera de nuestras fronteras, ustedes están en nuestros corazones.
Por otro lado, un regalo de la vida llegó a nuestra familia, un nuevo miembro, nuestro amigo Gringo, una mascota que siempre le gusta estar cerca de nosotros y nos hace reír. Si tú quieres sonreír todos los días, una mascota es un buen compañero.
Mi pasión por aprender y dar lo mejor de mí
Disfruto enriquecerme con conocimiento. Soy licenciada en Educación Mención Inglés de la Universidad de Oriente y también tengo una Especialización en la Enseñanza del Inglés como Lengua Extranjera en la Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez.
Desde el 2021 he enseñado en todos los niveles y edades. Comencé con niños en mi servicio comunitario. Lo que fue el comienzo de una historia de amor por enseñar y empoderar a las personas a que alcancen sus objetivos de aprendizas y hagan sus sueños realidad.
En este momento, trabajo en secundaria. Trabajar con adolescentes fue un gran reto al comienzo, pero después aprendí a como no ser una profesora tradicional y a darles clases divertidas y significativas. Me gusta que mantener sus sueños vivos, que hacerles entender que siempre hay una esperanza, a pesar de la crítica situación país. Creo que ellos están aquí para hacer GRANDES CAMBIOS y que sus SUEÑOS IMPORTAN.
Mi historia en Steemit
Mi historia en Steemit es única. Creé esta cuenta en 2018. En aquel tiempo, estaba buscando algunos sitios web para ganar dinero online. Sin embargo, debido al conflicto económico entre Venezuela y los Estados Unidos, algunos sitios webs fueron bloqueados, así que tuvimos menos oportunidades de obtener dinero para vivir. A pesar de eso, mantuve mi esperanza investigando sobre más sitios webs que pudieran trabajar aquí. No obstante, cuando creé esta cuenta no hice ningún post hasta ahora, porque no sabía cómo hacerlo. Por esta razón quiero darle las gracias a mis amigas @yannellys-32 y @neisys, porque me ayudaron a formar parte de la familia de Steemit.
Estoy aquí en esta increíble comunidad para crecer como emprendedora. Este es mi nuevo reto, y ahora me repito a mí misma lo que Mandela dijo: “Siempre parece imposible hasta que se hace”.
PD: Tengo problemas con la plataforma para la configuración de mi perfil. Por favor si alguien puede ayudarme se lo agradecería. De verdad quiero trabajar en Steemit. Espero verlos pronto.
