To transfer steem tokens to a friend, follow these steps.
Visit your wallet (https://steemitwallet.com/@olivernice) and log in with your posting key.
Click on the tradeable steem tokens you have on the top right.
- Select transfer
- Enter the amount you would like to send and any memo you choose to add.
- Now click okay and confirm with your active key.
- You can now see the transaction in your wallet's history
