Dear family stemians greetings and hugs from a distance, on this day I come with achievement 4 and I want to talk to you a little about the topic of stretching which is important for our muscles to do them in a correct way.

Prevents the shortening of our muscles.

Types of Stretches


BALLISTICANALYTIC
STATICDYNAMIC

BALLISTIC STRETCHING It is a stretch of reproduction of the sports gesture, in which the movements are fast that is to say of rebound, rhythmic, where the increases of muscular length are generated by swings.

ANALYTICAL STRETCHing are those aimed at the hamstrings, compromising some areas of the hips, with it you can use a chair, various balls, strap.

STATIC STRETCHING They run slowly under time,this protects the soft tissues,helps the flexibility of the muscles.

DYNAMIC STRETCHING By means of this muscle flexibility is increased through the contraction of antagonist muscles.

Type Of Stretching Exercises


Lateral Neck Push-ups: You must be in an upright posture, bring your head to one shoulder, where both should be alternated and have them at the same height without shrinking them.

Calves: It should be tilted forward, with the leg flexed in front one and the other back without taking the plants off the ground. The front knees are flexed and the back leg is stretched.

Adductors: When on your knees, place the tips of the feet on the sides, supporting the forearms on the side at a right angle under the shoulders.

Lower Part Of The Trunk: While lying down you must flex your legs towards the chest, grabbing the thighs with your hands, bringing the heels to the buttocks this should last 30 or 40 seconds.
