I'm ready to write my achievement 5 task 2 on steemscan.com, after reading the questions I have discovered some new features here on steemit. All thanks to the developer and the founder of this quick search app. Below is my answers to the following questions.

To check for witnesses vote,when you login to steemscan you click on the menu all the witnesses will appear then you vote. Here is the screenshot below.
Or click on the vote box of the witness, follow the bar and enter your username and posting key confirm your data if correct click on Approve
Please explain What is DApps and mention 3 DApps which you have already used or may use in future as per your interest?
When we talk about DApps we mean those applications that help us to find information easily , quickly on the steemit blockchain.
The ones I have used so far are steemworld and steemscan.
Please explain How to use "Quick Convert" and what is the fee charged for different Steem amount for withdrawal?
From the screenshot above you can see the feature there contains the USDT, BTC,TRX , which are useful to help us convert our steem into exchange rates .To check the transaction
Enter the amount of steem you desire to convert,choose any currency in which you want.to convert
Check the withdrawal address of the crypto currency as it's required of which you want to convert steem into.
Check and confirm all the information click on the create button,then enter your active key.
Please explain what information is provided by the "Search" feature?
Search features as the name implies is where all the transactions and record are found when you click on the search button.

I guess you're using the best tools but did you try
Steem7 it's another tool that might help you find different other features you might need.
