INTRODUCTION

Hello steemians! Iam Darby and my full name is Okokon Darby. My birthday day is 21st March. I live in Uyo , Akwa Ibom State in the Southern Nigeria. Akwa Ibom State is the most hospitable and safest state to live in Nigeria.

FAMILY BACKGROUND

I am the last child of the family of Seven. Our family is a small family with an intimate relationship. As the last child, every member of the family loves and care for me.

MY LIKES AND DISLIKES

Everyone in the globe has his or her likes and Iam not an exception. I like doing things that give me pleasure and happiness. I love writing, reading, watching football, travelling and listening to good music. I derive pleasure from these hobbies and this makes me happy. Besides these, I like honest people and neat places. However, I dislike dishonest people and troublesome places.

WHAT I WILL BE POSTING

As someone who is critical of my environment, I will be posting events happening around me. Even though you are not closed to me physically, I will make you feel what happens in my environment. I will try my best to make my post valuable at all time.

HOW I KNOW THE PLATFORM

I knew steemit through my colleague @destinedhanik. She made me to understand that I can use my passion in writing for the benefits of others. And that I can also improve my writing prowess through continuous writing. I will definitely meet people from my country and other countries here.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

I attended Saints' College Primary School in Uyo. From there, I left to Community Secondary Commercial School, Iwok in Nsit Atai, Uyo where I had my Senior Secondary Certificate. After this, I had my NCE in Religious Education at NCBC, Abak in Akwa Ibom State. I obtained a BA in History and International Studies from the University of Uyo. Iam currently a Post Graduate Student in Economic History. After my degree in 2016, i have been involved in teaching for long years now because i love teaching. Teaching gives me an opportunity to read and write regularly.

ONLINE BUSINESS

I do a lot of things online. One of them is that I write for people. I am a content creator online and a designer. I have a little idea of writing on upwork.

ACHIEVEMENT

I write for a living and for passion. I have published two books in the last five years. I am here to learn and also to make people benefit from my knowledge as well.
