Hello steemians , how is everyone doing? I am fine here. I am glad to be doing this again with my achievement 4 on applying markdowns having gone through the post by @kryptokannon as prepared by @kaferinaram.
The presentation of a write up makes it attractive and glues the readers attention to continue the last point of the writing. I am excited that this community has helped me to improve my knowledge in doing each of the task counting from 1 to 4.
In this post, I am going to discuss how to apply the following markdown :

• headlines
• justify post
• allign text into two cells
• adding link to a post
• making block quotes

HEADLINES

Headlines helps to enhance the structure of a post and guide the eyes of the reader. Headline is applied by inserting a # symbol. As the number of the hashtag symbol # increases, the headline size decreases. Example;

JUSTIFY TEXT

When I am writing an essay on steemit community, it is very necessary to justify my text. Example

The output will be

ALLIGN TEXT INTO TWO CELLS

This helps me when I want to write a text in two different languages or imputing a text into two different columes. Example.

LINKS

• to make a word or username to be clickable, I add the name or word along with the @ symbol,example; @oscar243
• when a link is added, it recognizes the link and is clickable, example
  http://steemit.com/@oscar243

MAKING BLOCKQUOTES

When writing a quote or phrase that someone said or wrote. I use the greater than symbol > in front of the sentence.
