It's been only 48 hours since you published your introduction (24h since you wrote the second post). You must know that verifying can take up to 4-5 days.
Use that time to read Achievement 2, you may even prepare the post in word or other writing program but don't publish it yet, until your Achievement1 is verified.
Feel free to start exploring communities where you think you could belong, maybe even write your first post. For newcomers, contests could be the best. Check @disconnect user - they publish the active contest list every day.
