The delicious fried noodle recipe is actually very easy. It's so easy that you actually don't have to stand in line anymore in front of your favorite cart, brothers. Fried noodles actually don't always have to contain chicken. To make this egg-fried noodle, I actually tried a fairly vegetarian-friendly option even though I still used chicken eggs. This recipe for making egg-fried noodles uses mustard greens and bean sprouts as a crunchy ingredient, a complement that you're sure to like. Sometimes even if it's in the carts of the brothers, it's rarely added if it's not for us asking for it. Brother's fried noodles usually focus instead on meatballs, chicken, and of course just eggs. What's unique here, I add bean sprouts on purpose because the packaging is delicious pad thai from Thailand. When talking about Indonesian fried noodles, the equivalent has to be pad thai which is also lively and rich in texture and taste.

120g egg noodles, boil then set aside
100g bean sprouts, flush with hot water and drain
200g mustard greens, roughly sliced ​​then brewed and drained
2 free-range chicken eggs, shake off
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
4 red onions, thinly sliced
2 bird's eye chilies, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper powder
½ tsp granulated sugar
30ml2 tbsp vegetable oil

Complementary
large cucumber, sliced ​​crosswise
fried onion
Cayenne pepper

How to make

1 Sauté sliced ​​shallots, whites and chilies until fragrant.
2Add the loose beaten eggs and mix well in the skillet.
3 Add noodles, bean sprouts, and mustard greens that have been boiled and drained before. Again stir slowly.
4 Add sugar, salt, pepper and Bango Kecap Manis to taste.
5 Once cooked and well mixed, remove and serve with accompaniments.
