Achievement 2 @senehasa Task : Basic Security on Steem

Hello there, my friends, First, I'd like to express my gratitude to @juichi for his tremendous support for my previous Achievement1 post. My steemit adventure began in April 2022. At this stage, I have certain knowledge about steemit. As a newcomer, I'm still learning from the tutorials and postings that provide direction. I am grateful for everyone’s kind welcome to this vital platform. I plan to use this platform to continue to educate myself and share my knowledge and experience with these incredible groups.

Today, I am going to explain to you my progress on steemit platform. I will be talking about basic steemit securities, specifically the achievement2 task. Follow me as I share what I've learned so far regarding steemit security.

We all understand the importance of security in our daily lives and even in the activities in which we engage. We have keys in our homes that we use to lock doors and drawers for the safety of our lives and belongings. Like that there are various types of keys available on the Steemit site for completing certain actions. The keys are as follows:

1. Posting key

We can post, vote, edit, resteem, mute, or follow on Steemit. All the duties described above can only be completed with the help of the posting key; in other words, the tasks listed above cannot be completed without the posting key.

2. Active key

Some tasks are considered more sensitive than others in the steemit blockchain, such as transferring funds, voting for witnesses, converting steem dollers, and even updating profile details and placing market orders. As a result, the active key must be used to carry out any of the above-listed activities.

3. Private owner key

The most significant of the four keys is this one. If something occurs to our account, we can use this key to retrieve it. This owner key can be used to recover all other keys.

4. Memo key

The memo key is basically used for encrypting and decrypting memos.

5. Master Key

The master password is used to generate all account keys, including the owner key. It is steemit's most powerful key. Anyone who knows my password has access to my account and all of the token keys it contains. Therefore, I understand that these keys are very important. These keys were stored in a safe folder on my laptop as well as a separate book.

The Steem wallet is essential for managing our author rewards. I want to thank @Imanthadd who explaining the basics of the steam wallet to me. He made it easy to understand how to power up, transfer stem, and trade steem. Later, I learned a lot through the newcomer's guide tutorial and other tutorials. I think I have a better understanding of steem, steem power, and SDB now. On steemit.com, we can earn steem by posting, upvoting, or commenting. At any time, we want, we can deposit, withdraw or trade steem. Powering up is a very important duty we must complete to improve our platform's influence.

Before I can power up or transfer, I need to convert my SBD to steem. To do so, I must first go to wallet, then to the market, and last to place an order. After acquiring steem, I may be able to do the above tasks.
