People dream a lot, but cannot remember all dreams. Different people have different opinions about the meaning of dreams. The earliest records of dreams in Mesopotamia, about 5,000 years ago, were recorded mainly on clay vessels. In Greek and Roman times, people regarded dreams as direct messages from one or more gods or messages from the dead that were mainly prophetic.

Many scientists have investigated the causes of dreaming during sleep. World famous neuroscientist Sigmund Freud has done the greatest work on this subject. According to him, many of our desires are repressed. We don't feel its touch normally. But when people dream, it comes forward. Besides, another group of scientists think that some signals reach the brain during sleep. Now the dream is made from him.
