Our company approaches this issue like many businesses by recognizing the importance of employee mental health and emotional well being. To this end we have a dedicated department which handles all matters regarding employees emotional and mental health concerns.

-Mental health awareness training where we conduct workshops or seminars by inviting 3rd parties to educate our employees about mental health conditions which reduces stigma, and promote healthy coping mechanisms
-We have established internal flexible work arrangements which includes employees being given options like remote work or flexible hours can help them manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
-Tailor made wellness programs and activities like meditation, yoga, or exercise classes to promote overall well being have been encouraged as part of the work day.
There are gaps in the overall emotional and mental support in health care due to poor implementation and at times the lack of understanding of it's important to employee's well being being. Most companies may also lack the budget to fully implement such services.
Health insurance companies can help bridge this gap by providing tailored emotional and mental health services to suit various companies needs within each of their budget constraints. They are also much more able to assess the needs of their customers much more accurately.
