Hola, amigos espero que estén bien. El día de hoy quiero hablarles un poco sobre la Seguridad Básica en Steem, el Logro número 2 en el programa para nuevos usuarios que deseen entender un poco más toda esta plataforma. Para ello, voy a seguir la guía de este Logro y estaré hablando mi experiencia referente a la seguridad. Lo primero que hice fue leer la información que me facilitó @tocho2, quien fue la persona que verificó mi Logro 1.

1. ¿Has obtenido y guardado todas tus contraseñas de Steemit?

2. ¿Sabes todas las funciones y restricciones de las claves?

Sí, cada una de las claves recibidas poseen una funcionalidad diferentes y cada una debe ser cuidada y utilizada adecuadamente.

Clave de Publicación (Public Key)

Esta es la clave es la que utilizamos para ingresar a diario a nuestra cuenta. Nos permite postear, votar, remestear, comentar y seguir a otros usuarios. Además, de que con esta clave se restringe el acceso a nuestro monedero, de esa manera si abrimos nuestra cuenta para publicar nada más, deberíamos solo usar esta clave.

This is the password we use to log into our account on a daily basis. It allows us to post, vote, repost, comment and follow other users. In addition, this password restricts access to our wallet, so if we open our account to post anything else, we should only use this password.

Clave activa (Active Key)

Esta es la clave que directamente nos permitirá manejar nuestros tokens, hacer transferencias, hacer PowerUp/Power Down, cambiar steem Dollars por Steem Power, actualizar nuestro perfil.

This is the key that will directly allow us to manage our tokens, make transfers, make PowerUp/Power Down, exchange Steem Dollars for Steem Power, update our profile.

Clave Memo (Memo Key)

Steemit ha pensado en todo. Y pues la clave Memo nos permite encriptar o desencriptar mensajes (memo) cuando realizamos alguna transferencia. Para hacer esto posible, colocaremos el # antes del memo.

Steemit has thought of everything. And so the Memo key allows us to encrypt or decrypt messages (memo) when we make a transfer. To make this possible, we will place the # before the memo.

Clave de Propietario (Owner Key)

Esta es la clave más importante, ya que concede acceso total al usuario sobre la cuenta. Te permite votar, transferir, comentar... hasta permite cambiar las claves de permiso, incluyendo la propia clave de propietario.

This is the most important key, as it gives the user full access to the account. It allows you to vote, transfer, comment... it even allows you to change permission keys, including your own owner key.

¿Qué pasa si pierdo las claves?

Como hemos hablado, la importancia de estudiar este apartado, creo que es entender que al perder la Clave de Propietario (por ejemplo) no podemos recuperar nuestra cuenta. De allí que se haga hincapié en que hay que hacer respaldo de nuestras claves, tanto digital como en un lugar físico.

What happens if I lose my passwords?
As we have discussed, the importance of studying this section, I believe, is to understand that if we lose our Owner's Password (for example) we cannot recover our account. Hence, it is emphasized that we must back up our passwords, both digitally and in a physical location.

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre la clave maestra y la clave de propiedad?

La clave maestra, es la madre de las demás claves. Es la clave que te asignan una vez que registras tu cuenta, en caso de que estés recuperando tu cuenta la ingresas y vuelves a descargar tus demás claves.

What is the difference between the master key and the proprietary key?
The master password is the mother of all other passwords. It is the password assigned to you once you register your account, in case you are recovering your account you enter it and download again your other passwords.

¿Sabes de qué forma transferir tus Steem tokens a otro usuario de Steem?

_{Ingreso el nombre de la persona a la que quiero transferir y ya. Una vez que le de aceptar, me pedirá nuevamente mi clave activa. Y se hace la transferencia. Puedo colocar un memo en este caso coloqué LOGRO 2 |I enter the name of the person I want to transfer and that's it. Once I accept, it will ask me again for my active password. And the transfer is done. I can place a memo, in this case I placed LOGRO 2.}

¿Sabes cómo realizar el proceso de power up en Steem?

Para hacer el Power Up (encendido) repetimos lo anterior, es decir ingresar a nuestro monedero con la clave activa. Y una vez allí en vez de irnos a transferir. Damos click al apartado de Power Up. Allí ingresamos la cantidad que queremos encender.

To do the Power Up we repeat the above, i.e. enter our wallet with the active password. And once there instead of going to transfer. Click on the Power Up section. There we enter the amount we want to turn on.

Bueno amigos espero haber hecho un buen trabajo con el Logro 2, intentaré ser más creativo para el proximo. Me ayudaría mucho si me envían la información para el Logro 3.
