Effective steem power is simply the amount of personal Steem Power + any delegated Steem Power in your account. In short, it can be said to as the total effect of the total Steem Power in your account.

Q2. How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"
On the Steem SP Delegation Tool, type in the Delegator ID or account name which is your ID or account name, the Delegatee ID or account name which account you want to delegate SP to, and also the amount of SP you want to delegate. And then click on STEEM: Delegate via steemlogin.com to delegate SP.

Q3. How do you check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts using "Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer"?
On the Steem Account Transfer page, input the required details, such as the account ID or account name and the range of the amount, and then click on Querry.

Q4. How do you automate claiming STEEM or SBD without having to click claim button each time, using "Steem Auto Claim Rewards"?
On the Steem Auto Claim Rewards page, input your user ID using the format ?id=accountname and then paste in your private posting key.

You can as well choose how often you want the tool to check your account to auto claim the rewards.

Q5. How do you check the outgoing votes report for any specified period using "Steem Outgoing Votes Report"? (This is really an important and a beautiful feature of Steemyy)
On the Steem Outgoing Votes Report fill in your account ID or username and the date range. Then click on outgoing vote report to view.
