Hello beautiful community, today I am talking about my refreshing summer drink, lemon is a fruit that serves multiple uses and we find it in many Venezuelan homes.

Hola bella comunidad, hoy les vengo hablar sobre mi refrescante bebida de verano, el limón es una fruta que sirve para múltiples usos y la encontramos en muchos hogares venezolanos.

Lemon is a fruit that provides health benefits, since its shell and even the leaves are used for medicinal purposes, its juice is also good to stop stomach problems, for problems with throat ailments and is also a source of vitamin C, antioxidant and anti-flu.

El limón es una fruta que aporta beneficios para la salud, ya que su concha y hasta las hojas, son empleadas con fines medicinales, su zumo es bueno también para detener problemas estomacales, para problemas de dolencias de la garganta y también es una fuente de vitamina C, antioxidante y antigripal.

It is also a diuretic, purifies our blood, high blood pressure and is also refreshing in summer.

Además es diurético, purifica nuestra sangre, la tensión arterial alta y además es refrescante en épocas de verano.

I consume it a lot since I love lemonade and I have a plant in my home, even when my family and friends visit, I make them a good refreshing lemonade for a hot afternoon.

Yo la consumo muchísimo ya que me encanta la limonada y tengo una mata en mi hogar, hasta cuando vienen las visitas de mis familiares y amigos, les hago una buena limonada refrescante para una tarde calurosa.

Ingredients
*3 lemons
*Water
*ice
*sugar

Ingredientes
3 limones.
Agua.
Hielo.
Azúcar.

Step by Step:

Step 1: we chop and squeeze the lemons.

Step 2: then we add the juice to a glass of water.

Step 3: add the ice and sugar.

Paso a paso:

Paso 1: picamos y exprimimos los limones.

Paso 2: luego añadimos el zumo a un vaso de agua.

Paso 3: agregamos el hielo y la azúcar.
