Sometimes when I go out for walk, I look at those people whose almost struggling to make money. And feel really very blessed to have a better life to live where using brain and skill can help making money. I thank Almighty for making my life so good and I feel pity for people who works all day long and earn their livelihood.
A toy seller is not a single person and surely has a family and we know family means responsibility. How much money a footpath toy seller can earn in a day? Is that enough to bear family expenses? These questions appear on my mind. Toy is not a basic need like food that everyone will attract to it. Mostly kids attract to them and insist parents to buy but that is rare. A footpath toy seller surely make a small amount of money. But not sure if the money is enough to support these real life warriors.
Beside selling colorful toys he also selling necessary goods like umbrella, hair bands, nail cutter and some other things. This business is less profitable because toys doesn’t have public demand as basic need. People want food and some other basic need that people look for and interested to buy paying money. I often saw these toy sellers on footpath and never bought any toy. I've never seen a crowd to buy toys because its not our basic need. Many colorful toys attract me that's true but I may never going to buy from them as toys are unnecessary to me.
This toy seller sits here on footpath and wait for customers all day long. Sometimes these toy sellers get good earning from toy selling but its not regular. Many times suddenly rain come and they no longer able to seat for selling toys. So they can sit only when weather is in their favor. A footpath toy seller cannot afford to have his own toy shop where rich people visit with their children. Having a shop can help earn good amount of money but footpath toy sellers earn a little amount of profit and they can't afford to have a toy house to sell toys.
This is the life of a toy seller on foot path. Some can be found hand to mouth, life is so difficult for them. I feel pity to them. Toys are not necessary to me or else I could by them all to support all footpath toy sellers.
