What a luxury I can do as I like.
I intended to go back to bed but I did not. My internet worked for a change so I started answering replies. It took me long.
My first post was the Sunday preach. It's long ago I came to writing one. Not that I did on a regular base. My main problem is I do not know what to write about.
The bus-kid mowed a part of the lawn. After it was finished our internet connection was gone.
I watched 6 episodes of the Netflix series Ozark (according to the review I read it's a bit like Breaking bad an ordinary family, money laundring and the mob. I switched off the internet connection.
Food on the table
Chocoballs (chemical smell included)
Toastbread with butter and sugar.
The bus-kid made some pancakes.
The youngest shared some cookies.
I searched on the internet what to eat daily to provide our bodies of more zinc. One oyster a day would be enough. No oysters here. Since most people have a lack of zinc I assume 25 mg is needed.
