Hello folks. We are glad to begin again in a fine note this year of 2022. Our first tip on health will guide us this week and beyond while we work on our wonderful community, #steemit.
What do we have this week?
Well as you can see from the tittle, we want to discuss the issue of back pain. Is this issue truly potent? Well, a better way to answer that question might be our collective experiences. It likely that many of us on this steemit platform might be experiencing this issue . Most time we experience this little ache at our lower back or it can turn to something serious- a really disturbing burning sensation at our back! This condition makes people feel mostly terrible.
What are likely causes of back pain?
Among the many causes of this problem, one notable cause is when we cause strains to our back. Straining the back can result to back pain. Back strains are usually as a result of wrong posture. The manner in which we sit or walk can cause strains to our back and thereby leading to back pain.
As steamians, we sit longer ours over our computer or working with our phones. Here we need to be cautious when it comes to our posture. Poor posture will definitely strain the back, leading to the dreaded back pain.
As I noted above, there are other causes. As experts say, other causes could include overweight, lack of exercise, wrong way of lifting up heavy objects and more.
In this tip, let's focus on posture. Other contributors can delve more on other causes.
When we say wrong posture, we mean wrong sitting posture. Steemians sit while doing their daily task. How can we avoid wrong postures as we work? If you are already feeling back pain, how can you handle it?
- If you are feeling very severe back pain, we recommend you visit a doctor. Severe back pain can be as a result of other underlying issues.
- Use correction exercises
- Learn to maintain proper posture as you work on steemit

Bad bed? LoL.
Yea, I remember I saw an advert on the television someday alluding to the wrongness of bad bed. I never thought it to be a problem untill then. I feel that people need more education on this bed issue.

Bad bed is not good at all especially those that the foam are soft. Orthopedic foam matrass are on sale nowadays and its highly recommended for back ache. I remembered changing our foam to an orthopedic matrass. They are highly effective in dealing with this type of problem.
Also having an Acupuncture massaging helps too to improve blood circulation in the system.
Lifestyle changes can also help to improve the health of lower back ache sufferers.

I agree with your points raised here especially bad bed. Sure it's a problem sleeping on a bad bed, you wake up having pains all over the body including your waist. In our next discussion, we will be looking at solutions to bad bed.
