Hi friends,
If you like nature and are a lover of landscapes formed by water, rock and vegetation, welcome to the Ouzoud waterfalls, the largest in North Africa and only 150 km northeast of Marrakech in the province of Tanaghmeilt, in the Atlas Mountains.
The name of the waterfalls and the river comes from the olive forest that frames this nature.
So, Ouzoud means in Berber olives.
This wonder of nature has a height of 110 m whose spring falls into a lagoon where bathing is allowed. But as the water is cold, only the most adventurous are interested. This crystalline water will invite you to take a dip that will end up being unforgettable.
The barbary monkeys that can be seen there. This is a small creature that lives in groups of up to 30 individuals, some of which do not hesitate to approach humans, mainly in search of food, as they are omnivorous.
Be careful of your glasses if you still need them!!! they will be stolen by those little monkeys...!
