Everything written here is based on my life experiences, which was very pessimistic. I constantly lived overwhelmed by thousands of self-destructive thoughts until one day I decided to delve into them and know their origin, and Eureka! I realized that the reason the things that happened affected me was the way I thought and saw things. And now I want to share with you something that maybe can help you.
In life thoughts are your enemies or friends, your mental state will depend on what you are thinking. It can create confusion, anger, hopelessness, sadness and, worst of all, all of these things in one. Take a moment of your day to meditate on this, until the point that you understand this reality, it is the only real thing, and from that reality the others are born, you will understand it in your own way.
You will understand that all you think most of the day are unnecessary, even hopeless thoughts, and you need to change that.
Keep in mind that it depends on a thought how you see things and how you react to things.
You can focus on a thought that helps you create a solid foundation for establishing a new belief aimed at helping you, staying calm, not being influenced by other people, etc. Or contrary to this, something self-destructive.
One of these types of thinking approaches generates internal and external positive results and well-being, and the other generates internal and external negative results and discomfort.
You must meditate on how thoughts generate emotions and these in turn determine our attitude and actions.
External stimuli can trigger emotions due to beliefs or thoughts lodged in the subconscious ... to be aware of what is in your subconscious, you must be aware of the emotions, since their origin is in thought and / or belief.
Once you understand the root of your beliefs, emotions, and actions, you must proceed to meditate on the root of thought, and it is there that you will find the origin of everything.
Doing all this helped me see life from a positive perspective, to have more confidence, to feel better. All that depression I had disappeared, and all because I learned to think better.
The choice is yours!. Only the sincere desire for this internal and external well-being will give you the necessary will to master this art of thinking.
Thank you for reading.
Greetings and happy life!
